The best Italian cookbook you will find in English in my opinion. Unless you really want to become an expert on Italian food then this is the only Italian recipe book you will ever need. Full of easy to make genuine Italian recipes passed down through generations, this book is a true gem.

Essentials of Classic Italian Cooking

Much like Molto Italiano the Essentials of Classic Italian cooking brings "real Italian cooking" to the English speaking world. Some of the recipes in this book are just so delicious they will drive you quite crazy with delight. All in all a lovely book packed full of authentic recipes for many the very best of Italian dishes.
