The Best Italian Recipe




My site is about the Veneto and some of my favorite recipes are from here but the best recipes in Italy are not from Venice or the Veneto.

Most of the best Italian recipes are from Piedmont (click here to view some of them) but there are classics from other regions, like Lasagna, and Lasagna has to be near the top of the list.

I would like to put together a list of the top twenty Italian recipes as chosen by you and me but I need you to tell me which are your favorite Italian recipes and dishes?
