Rome is NUMBER ONE

Why is Rome number five on your list of cities that are the best in Italy? This is very much the best city in the world not only in Italy! I like very much Torino, Venice and Florence but I think you must put also Sienna and not Verona.

Maria's reply: I agree Rome is number one or two. The list is not in order. If it were, Rome or Venice would definitely be first.

The hardest part when it comes to choosing the best cities in Italy is that there are just so very many wonderful cities throughout Italy. Places like Urbino in Le Marche and many more cities, both small and large could rate a mention.
