The Best Golf in Italy Tour

Day 1 – Sunday Venice Airport to Valpolicella

Transfer from Venice airport to your hotel, situated amidst the breathtaking scenery of the Valpolicella area. The Valpolicella area is renowned globally for l’Amarone, Veneto’s most famous red wine and for the many villas and churches of international architectural significance.

Dinner at a local 2 star Michelin restaurant.



Day 2 – Monday Valpolicella

Transfer to the 18 hole Verona Golf club situated in a environmentally pristine setting, the equal of many of Northern Europe’s best golf courses.

During the afternoon we visit a splendid wine farm which for centuries has produced wines instrumental in making Valpolicella famous throughout the world. Enjoy a tasting of some of their best wines.

Before dinner at a local Verona restaurant we enjoy a walking tour of Verona , exporing the historical heart of this city founded by the Romans. The tour includes the Roman Arena and Romeo and Juliet's balcony.

Day 3 – Tuesday Valdobbiadene and Marca Trevigiana

After breakfast we visit the 18 hole Cà degli Ulivi Golf Club, near Lake Garda. The golf course faces the lake and is surrounded by mountains, apart from incredible scenery and spectacular views the course offers a challenging mix of terrain with world class greens. golf courses in Italy Transfer in the afternoon to the Prosecco wine route where we check in at our chosen hotel, a perfect blend of luxury and historical elegance.

Visit the extraordinarily impressive Abbey Cistercense of Follina, which dates back to the 13th century. The unusually twisted columns and lovely cloister are highlights.

To end of our visit to Valdobbiadene on the right note and as they say in Italian to “refresh our spirits” we enjoy a Prosecco DOC aperitif. Dinner is at a traditional restaurant before returning to the hotel.

Day 4 – Wednesday Valdobbiadene

After breakfast it is off to the Asolo Golf Club. A world class course offering 27 holes set amongst the rolling emerald hills of Valdobbiadene. Certainly amongst the best courses on which to play golf in Italy. golf course near Venice On our return we visit Asolo, which is rated as one of the loveliest towns in Italy and is known as the “city of a thousand horizons”. Delightful medieval streets and squares and incredible views of the surrounding countryside await you.

Dinner tonight is at a very good restaurant near the hotel.

Day 5 – Thursday Venice

Transfer after breakfast to Venice, one of the most incredible cities in the world. Listed by UNESCO as a world heritage site no where else on earth is anything like Venice.

Check-in at the hotel situated near the Rialto Bridge and San Marco. The hotel epitomizes the elegance and style of Venice, with views that are truly breathtaking. Venice Marks Pictures During the afternoon we enjoy a walking tour of Venice visiting all of Venice’s most important sights including St Marks square and the Basilica, the Doge’s Palace, the Grand Canal,the Rialto Bridge, the Accademia Bridge, the Scalzi Bridge and the Bridge of Sighs.

Dinner is at a typical Venetian restaurant

Day 6 – Friday Venice

After breakfast we transfer to the Golf Venezia course situated on the Venetian Lido, the golf course is one of the most prestigious and technically difficult in Italy. A classic links course with many trees and an ancient fort right in the middle of it all guarantee you some of the best golf in Italy.

Afternoon free to explore Venice

Dinner at a traditional Venice restaurant.

Day 7 - Saturday

Check-out of hotel and transfer to Venice Airport.
