Beaches, Stunning View and The Best Hotel in Positano

Maria thank you for suggesting such lovely hotels on your website. It is quite a few years gone by now that I have been following your suggestions and those luxury hotels in Venice you have suggested have all turned out to be wonderful.

Well at least the two I've stayed in so far - the others are next on my list:-)

Today for a change I have a tip for you!!

Last month we spent a week in Positano and I discovered the most absolutely delightful hotel. I have no hesitation at all in saying it is one of the best hotels in Italy I've ever been to.

The hotel is called the Hotel Punta Regina and it is the most divine little hotel you'll ever stay at.

The view from the terrace over breakfast was simply to die for and Maria, you know, the croissants and pastries they serve are ever so fresh and so decadently delicious.

If you do decide to ever leave the hotel and drag yourself away from the view then Positana was only a short walk away. Isn't Positano just the dearest town and such a quaint little place!

Positano's best beaches including Spiaggia Grande (someone told me it means Big Beach in English) and a few other of the beaches too are very near.

Make sure that husband of yours takes you for a rooftop cocktail in the evening before dinner. Even the most jaded heart will turn into a true romantic up here watching the sun set over the sea.

It makes me wish I was young and on honeymoon all over again. another honeymoon may be possible but as for young...I don't think so!

He is still fairly romantic at times. I think he likes to surprise me. When I'm least expecting it he suddenly turns on the charm.
